1984 - 1993
In 1984, Eligül started as a family business with a small unit for sock packing in the industry. Four years later, Eligül purchased its first socks knitting machines and began supplying major local sock brands. With its success over the years, Eligül built a solid foundation in the industry.
1994 - 2001
Eligül decided to produce its own brand, and in 1995, the company exported its first own-brand goods to Russia. It then expanded its market to all CIS countries. After receiving quick and positive feedback from its customers, Eligül extended its business to Europe, delivering its first order to Germany in 2002.
2001 - ∞
The company continued growing its capacity by investing in state-of-the-art machinery. To meet increasing demand and achieve an annual production capacity of 30 million pairs of socks, Eligül moved its factory to an 8,500 m² building. Today, Eligül serves customers worldwide and is a nominated factory for retail stores such as Costco, Primark, TJX, Action, Next, and brands like Ted Baker, Kappa, Lotto, Penguin, and Umbro.
